The
large air-conditioned sitting room has a comfortable 3 seater
and 2 seater sofa, TV and combined video/dvd player and
midi hi-fi system with cd player. There is also a selection
of cd's, dvd's and videos. The patio doors lead out onto
the large balcony with its panoramic views across to the
Mediterranean Sea.

The large balcony is ideal for relaxing,
day or night, with its table and 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers.
The area outside the lounge enjoys the best views possible
and is covered by a traditional-style pergola with a latticed
covering. There is a built in bbq at one end of the balcony,
ideal for all out of doors cooking.

Master (Double) Bedroom
The main bedroom with double bed has a
patio door leading directly onto the balcony. Benefitting
from air-conditioning and a ceiling fan it is fully furnished
with dressing table, bedside cabinets with lamps and wardrobes
with integral drawers. The outside of the patio door has aluminium
shutters and sliding insect screen. |
Second (Twin) Bedroom
The second bedroom with twin single
beds benefits from air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. It
is fully furnished with a dressing table, bedside cabinet
with lamp, full length mirror and wardrobes with integral
drawers. There is also a fold-up bed should it be required.

Kitchen/Dining Area
The new kitchen is now installed and equipped
with an integrated stainless steel fan oven, ceramic hob and
a chimney hood as well as a tall fridge/ freezer, washing
machine, built-in s/s microwave oven (with built-in
grill), kettle and toaster. The new sink has a 3 way tap with
the central control for the drinking water. Hot water is supplied
through the solar panels on the roof. The kitchen area also
benefits from the main air-conditioning unit. Ample cutlery
and crockery is provided. The new double glazed sliding window
has an easy to use roller blind. |
Bathroom
The new bathroom suite installed in 2006
has a large quadrant shower, corner bath, loo and handbasin,
all in white. The water is now heated with solar panels. Should
you need additional hot water an immersion heater is available,
the switch is on the wall outside the bathroom. Ceiling spotlights
and spots over the mirror illuminate the room. |
Parking
Area
In front of Erminia the parking area for
your car is shaded thus keeping it cool, even in the heat
of the midday sun. There is also a small patio area with a
table and 4 chairs. |
