Theatre and sight-seeing
The open theatre has a wonderful position at the edge of the village and during the summer months is the venue for a number of concerts. The views from the theatre span across the valley below and out across the Mediterranean Sea. Concerts are not to be missed especially on moonlit nights.
Aphrodites Rock The most photgraphed rock in the mediterranean and probably the most romantic place to be for a Cyprus sunset. Swim seven times around the rock to be granted eternal youth.
There are a range of surf hire/ car hire watersports shops catering for visitors' and tourists' requirements. There is also the Black Rock diving school whose base is on the main road down at the beach.
Curium Beach is probably one of the better beaches near to Pissouri. It is on the old Limassol-Paphos road near to the army base at Episkopi and just below the famous Curium theatre. There are several tavernas on the beach.
